Who is Lenja?

Lenja Doms is a strategist, entrepreneur and systemic thinker with a track record in circular economy, inclusion, and organizational change.
She has supported dozens of companies, governments and networks in building future-proof strategies and systemic impact.

She co-founded Yuma Labs (a pioneer in circular fashion and eyewear), served as a board member at UNIZO Antwerpen, where she championed the integration of circular economy in the Flemish business landscape, and contributed to the early development of The Birdhouse, one of Flanders’ first startup accelerators.

Her focus: helping pioneers and changemakers turn bold ideas into collective movement and grounded growth.

But that’s the formal version. Here's what actually drives her:

“I’m a builder, a mover, and a systems hacker — dancing between strategy and intuition.
I light up when new possibilities emerge, and I love being in the early, messy, fertile space where change is still uncertain, but already tangible.

I believe entrepreneurs (and maybe artists too?) will change the world.
They see what’s missing, take the first step, and pull others along.

I’m not here to polish what exists.
I’m here to co-create what doesn’t — yet.

Let’s move something real together.”

Who is Winnie?

With over 11 years of entrepreneurial experience, Winnie is dedicated to transforming visionary ideas into impactful, sustainable solutions. His expertise lies in strategy development, project design and business model innovation.

Throughout his career, he has led, collaborated on and evaluated hundreds of sustainable innovation projects. He focuses on creating systems that are both economically viable and environmentally regenerative.

His approach is holistic and thorough, ensuring that projects aligns with broader sustainability goals while delivering tangible results.

But that’s the formal version. Here's what actually drives him:

I’m drawn to the edge where ideas take form and new worlds begin to unfold.

I’ve spent my fair share of blood, sweat and tears (yes, all three) navigating the wild terrain of impact entrepreneurship, challenging the status quo.

I thrive where complexity lives — in the tangle of decisions, trade-offs, and potential — and I find clarity by zooming out, spotting patterns, and connecting dots others miss.
Circular economy isn’t just a framework for me — it’s a mindset, a lens, a way of reshaping how we relate to resources, value, and each other.

I don’t do quick fixes or polished facades.
I’m here for the deep work — the strategic, the systemic, the experimental.
The kind of work that reimagines what’s possible and dares to build it.

Let’s rethink the model.
Let’s design for impact.
Let’s create what needs to exist.

Together.
